Merrakii is looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Counselor – International Education. Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Role Overview The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing the complete undergraduate admissions cycle and a strong understanding of international university admissions. This role requires a student-centric approach, strategic thinking, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with students and parents alike.

Key Responsibilities

- Mentor students through the end-to-end undergraduate admissions journey.
- Develop personalised academic, extracurricular, and application roadmaps.
- Guide students on summer programs, research opportunities, internships, competitions, and university applications.




- Conduct regular meetings with students and parents to review progress and provide strategic guidance.
- Review applications, essays, and supporting documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams on workshops, events, and student engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate student records and progress documentation.
- Stay informed about global undergraduate admissions trends and best practices.

Requirements

- 1 - 3 years of experience in international education consulting.
- Demonstrated experience managing the complete undergraduate admissions cycle.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities with a student-first approach.
