Role Description The Senior Creative Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role is responsible for leading the visual direction of digital projects, including websites, mobile apps, social media campaigns, and marketing collateral. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing and designing graphics, establishing and maintaining brand guidelines, creating user-centric web designs, and collaborating with developers, marketers, and product teams to ensure cohesive visual communication.

provide creative guidance to junior designers, and ensure all outputs align with client objectives and Truepid’s quality standards.

Qualifications Min 5 Years experience in designing and Video editing.

Solid creative design skills, with the ability to translate business and marketing goals into compelling visual concepts.

Proficiency in graphics and graphic design, including experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).

Demonstrated expertise in branding, including developing and maintaining visual identities and brand style guides.

Solid experience in web design, focusing on responsive layouts, usability, and consistent user experience across devices.

Relevant experience in digital or creative agencies, technology firms, or similar environments delivering client-facing design solutions.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and branding projects.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and clients.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
