Are you passionate about counselling, admissions, and the beauty industry? We're looking for an enthusiastic Counsellor to join our Makeup Academy team!

? Location: Rajouri Garden, Recent Delhi

? Experience: 3–5 years (Beauty/Makeup Academy counselling experience preferred)

? Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students about makeup and beauty courses.

Handle inbound & outbound leads and convert enquiries into admissions.

Conduct face-to-face and telephonic counselling.

Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records.

Achieve monthly admission targets.

Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth admissions.

Requirements

Excellent communication and convincing skills.





Experience in education counselling or beauty/makeup academy admissions is preferred.

Target-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
