Creative

Briefs & Requirement Gathering • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to obtain clear and concise creative briefs aligned with project objectives.

- Participate actively in client discussions to understand business challenges and communication requirements.
- Ask relevant questions to gather complete information before initiating creative work. 2.

Concept

Development • Take complete ownership of pitch decks from brief to final presentation.

- Conduct research and develop creative strategies for client requirements.
- Generate creative concepts and campaign ideas.
- Develop themes, messaging, and creative direction that resonate with target audiences.
- Brainstorm with internal teams to create compelling campaign ideas. 3.

Campaign

Execution • Work closely with designers, copywriters, video editors, and account managers to deliver integrated campaigns.





- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure excellent business language.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Continuously improve the quality and originality of all content.
- Stay updated with global communication trends and industry best practices.
- Take responsibility for the overall quality of copy and creative deliverables.

Additional

Responsibilities • Maintain and update company websites using SEO and content marketing best practices.

- Develop blogs, articles, and case studies highlighting successful projects.
- Create portfolios, credentials, presentations, videos, and showreels.
- Develop and execute thought leadership content strategies.
- Plan and manage content calendars for social media platforms.
- Support digital marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Prepare compelling award submissions and business presentations.

Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Copywriting and Content Creation.
- Prior experience in a Creative Agency or Corporate Environment is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing copywriting across multiple media and industries.
