Role Overview: NR Consulting is looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support internal hiring for our US Staffing business. This role will work closely with leadership to hire recruiters and talent professionals for Non-IT, Engineering, Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Skilled Trades, and other U.S. staffing verticals. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hiring recruitment professionals for U.S. staffing teams and should understand the skill sets, delivery expectations, and market dynamics of staffing recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage internal hiring for US Staffing recruiters, talent executives, senior recruiters, delivery resources, and related staffing roles.
- Source and identify quality recruiters from strong staffing organizations without relying only on job applications.
- Screen candidates for US staffing experience, domain exposure, communication skills, sourcing ability, submission quality, and stability.
- Focus on hiring talent for Non-IT, Engineering, Industrial, Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Skilled Trades, and other U.S. staffing verticals.
- Coordinate interviews with leadership and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer discussions, negotiation, and joining coordination.
- Build a strong pipeline of recruiters for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain hiring trackers, candidate pipelines, interview updates, and closure reports.
- Support recruitment strategy, market mapping, and competitor talent identification.




- Ensure timely closures with quality hiring standards.

Required Skills:

- 4 years of experience in corporate recruitment, internal hiring, or talent acquisition.
- Strong experience hiring recruiters or staffing professionals for US Staffing businesses.
- Good understanding of US Staffing recruitment functions, including Non-IT, Engineering, Light Industrial, Industrial, and Skilled Trade recruitment.
- Ability to identify strong recruiters from reputed staffing organizations and delivery environments.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working from Noida office in a North America-aligned shift.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and recruitment trackers.

Preferred Skills:

- Prior experience in internal talent acquisition for a US Staffing company.
- Experience hiring recruiters for direct client, MSP/VMS, W2, contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time hiring teams.
- Strong market mapping ability across staffing companies and recruiter talent pools.
- Ability to work directly with senior leadership on urgent and strategic hiring needs.
