Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative strategies and campaign concepts across digital platforms.
- Lead and mentor the creative team, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
- Create innovative campaign ideas for social media, digital marketing, and brand activations.
- Write compelling ad copies, campaign messaging, and creative briefs.
- Present and pitch creative ideas confidently to clients.
- Collaborate with content, design, performance marketing, and account management teams.
- Review and maintain consistency in brand communication across all channels.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
- Guide the team in creating engaging, conversion-focused content.
- Ensure every campaign aligns with the client's objectives and brand identity.

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Senior Content Writer, Creative Director, Senior Content Strategist, Creative Strategist, or similar role.
- Agency experience is highly preferred.
- Candidates from Kerala preferred.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Fluency in Malayalam is required.
- Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience in conceptualizing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ability to develop creative pitches and present ideas confidently to clients.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and digital marketing trends.
- Experience directing designers, content writers, and video editors.
- Robust leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
