Role & responsibilities

- Monitor container equipment inventory and resolve dispatch exceptions.

- Process equipment requests and ensure timely dispatch.

- Handle equipment events (EPOS) and maintain accurate records.

- Create storage/LOLO work orders and verify vendor invoices.

- Track overdue containers and coordinate with vendors for resolution.

- Support Smart Return/Pick-up activities and performance tracking.

- Prepare operational reports and maintain audit-ready documentation.

- Coordinate with depots, terminals, vendors, and internal teams.

Required Skills:

- Experience in container shipping, logistics, or equipment/depot operations.

- Knowledge of freight/equipment management systems and EPOS.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

- Strong attention to detail and process adherence.

- Ability to manage deadlines and operational escalations.

- Good written communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a rapid-paced operations env
