- Conduct street interviews (vox pop) in public places
- Create engaging Q&A; style videos (dating opinions, fun questions)

Platform Management
- Post content on:
- Instagram
- YouTube Shorts
- Write captions, hooks, and hashtags
- Monitor engagement (comments, shares, saves)

Growth Focus
- Optimize content for:
- Shares
- Comments
- Virality
- Continuously experiment with formats and improve performance

Requirements
- Experience creating short-form video content (Reels/Shorts)




- Strong understanding of social media trends
- Positive sense of humor and storytelling
- Comfortable being on camera (preferred)
- Based in Hyderabad (preferred)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with street interviews / public content
- Worked with a startup or creator brand
- Understanding of dating / relationship content
