We are sydon. Commerce should be about the brand you build, not the operation you survive. Most operators run their business across fragmented tools that don't talk to each other, each one finding problems and handing the work back. We're building sydon Symphony, the agentic operating system for commerce, where AI agents do that work themselves and Symphony orchestrates them into one system instead of a fragmented stack of tools. Eleven of those agents run in production today.

Your goal

Run the content engine of the company. sydon has an AI-assisted content system that drafts at scale; you turn that capability into a planned, gated, multi-channel publishing operation. With our Inbound Lead you set the channel plan for the website, blog, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, including how many items ship per week on each. You produce the content through the system, edit it to an unmistakably human standard, gate every piece for quality and claims, and hand finished packages to distribution. Visual assets are made by a dedicated Asset Creator beside you. Nothing we publish ships without passing your gate.

interviewing customers and turning their results into published case studies.

What you'll own

- The weekly channel plan across all six channels, set jointly with the Inbound Lead
- Producing content through the AI-assisted system and editing it to publication standard

- The quality and claims gate on every public word, with same-day turnaround
- Finished, ready-to-post content packages delivered to the Asset Creator and channel owners
- Customer case studies end to end: interviews, drafting, verification, publication

What you bring

- H ands-on skill directing AI writing systems and editing their output so readers cannot tell
- Content operations or editorial management across multiple channels, or a work sample good enough that we stop caring about years

- Interviewing skill: you can get a busy operator talking and extract the specific numbers and moments
- Rigor about claims: 'can we prove this?' comes before 'does this sound positive?'
- Native-quality written English
