Job Purpose:

This role is part of the global treasury department and supports the finance transformation project for treasury aspects. The position involves managing day-to-day treasury operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements under the direction of the Director Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the treasury function.
- Prepare and regularly update cash flow forecasts.
- Manage global working capital levels to ensure optimal investment returns.
- Administer treasury settlement processes, including loan repayments, FX deals, and manual payments through treasury systems and banking platforms.
- Compile and reconcile bank balances on a periodic basis.
- Oversee bank account administration, including account opening/closing, KYC updates, and signatory changes.
- Work with accounting teams to determine the appropriate accounting treatment for transactions, including hedge accounting.
- Support the month-end close process and address queries from accounting teams.
- Manage compliance with regulatory requirements,



including RBI and other central bank guidelines.
- Assist with internal and external audit queries and confirmations.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as Bank Relationship Managers, Bank Traders, auditors, and legal teams for documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in and contribute to process improvement initiatives led by the Treasury team.
- Support other projects as directed by senior management.

Skills and Qualifications:

- CA with 3-5 years of post articleship experience in Treasury Reporting and Operations.
- Proficiency in treasury management systems and banking platforms.
- Knowledge of hedge accounting, FX transactions, and cash flow forecasting.
- Strong understanding of RBI guidelines and other central bank requirements
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of working with/handling Big4s
