Key Responsibilities

- Support and maintain SAP HCM Time Management solutions in an AMS environment.

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Time Management issues raised through ticketing systems.

- Configure SAP Time Management as per client requirements.

- Develop, modify, and maintain Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) and Schemas.

- Handle Positive Time Management processes including attendance and working time configurations.

- Configure and support Absence Types , Absence Quotas , Attendance Types , Work Schedules , Holiday Calendars , Time Evaluation

- Work on testing activities using tools like HP ALM.

- Coordinate with business users during issue analysis, testing, and deployment.

- Ensure timely resolution of production support tickets.

Mandatory Skills

- 6 - 9 years of SAP HCM experience.

- Minimum 6 - 8 years of relevant SAP Time Management experience.

- Strong expertise in Positive Time Management.

- Hands-on experience in Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) - Reading & Writing , Schemas , Time Evaluation

- Experience in SAP Time Management Configuration.

- Knowledge of Absence Quotas , Absences ,



CATS (Cross Application Time Sheet)

- Experience working in an AMS (Application Management Support) environment.

- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow , JIRA, Remedy, Other Incident Management Tools

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
