Role SAP BusinessObjects Work Mode Hybrid Work timings 2pm to 11pm Location Chennai Hyderabad Primary Skills SAP BusinessObjects The SAP BusinessObjects and Tableau Administrator will be responsible for the overall administration performance and governance of the bank enterprise analytics platforms This role ensures the availability security and compliance of SAP BO and Tableau environments that support regulatory reporting management dashboards and business insights The ideal candidate combines solid technical expertise with a deep understanding of data governance and operational controls in a regulated banking environment Install configure upgrade and patch SAP BusinessObjects and Tableau environments across development QA and production tiers Administer user provisioning roles and group-level access controls in accordance with the bank data and information security policies Manage and monitor system health capacity and performance ensuring high availability and adherence to SLAs Maintain and optimize connectivity with core data platforms Snowflake SQL Server Oracle etc Oversee report scheduling bursting and job monitoring to ensure timely and accurate report delivery Provide Tier 2 3 support for BO and Tableau incidents and requests ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis Support developers and business users in publishing versioning and migrating reports and dashboards Manage change control promote content between environments using controlled deployment processes and maintain audit trails Collaborate with Infrastructure Security and Compliance teams for patching certificates SSO integration Support application reboot and validation as part of the server Db patching activity Monitor vulnerability reports from tenable and resolve vulnerabilities related to Business Objects and Tableau TLPs EOLs should be addressed related to application
