Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Demonstrated expertise in telecom revenue assurance with a solid understanding of billing validation and revenue leakage monitoring.
- Proficient in identifying fraud risks and anomalies through detailed process and controls review.
- Experienced in analyzing disputes and supporting structured resolution of billing and revenue-related issues.
- Ability to work across teams and customer stakeholders to validate findings and drive issue resolution.
- Strong understanding of control-driven consulting approaches within TMT risk and process environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
- Bachelor of Computer Applications
- Master of Business Administration
- Post Graduate Diploma in Management
- Certification in Data Analytics
