Role Description The Senior Commercial Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role is responsible for overseeing commercial operations, including business planning, pricing, and revenue optimization, to support the company’s strategic objectives.

The Senior Commercial

Manager will manage key client contracts, lead negotiations, and ensure adherence to contractual terms while identifying opportunities for value creation. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends and financial data, preparing commercial reports, coordinating with cross-functional teams,



and guiding commercial decision-making. The role also involves mentoring team members, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and implementing best practices in commercial management.

Qualifications

- Strong Commercial Management and Business Planning skills, with experience in developing and executing commercial strategies.
- Proficiency in Contract Management, including negotiation, drafting, and administering client and vendor agreements.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting market data, financial metrics, and performance indicators to support decision-making.
- Team Management experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in a senior commercial, business development, or finance role within IT or ITES sectors is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or MBA is an advantage.
