Role Description This full-time Senior Coach role is an on-site position based in Vadodara.

The Senior

Coach will design and deliver coaching programs, conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions, and support individuals in achieving their professional and personal development goals.

Responsibilities include assessing coaching needs, setting measurable objectives, creating tailored coaching plans, and tracking progress through regular check-ins and feedback.

The Senior

Coach will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align coaching initiatives with organizational priorities, facilitate workshops or training sessions, and maintain accurate documentation of coaching activities. The role also involves mentoring junior coaches, sharing best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of coaching methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, or training, with the ability to guide individuals and groups toward clear outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal, communication,



and active listening skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in goal-setting, performance evaluation, and providing constructive feedback to support sustained growth and development.
- Ability to design and deliver structured coaching programs, workshops, and development plans tailored to varying needs and skill levels.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple coaching engagements and maintain detailed records.
- Experience working in a professional or educational setting; prior leadership or team management responsibilities are an advantage.
- Relevant certifications in coaching, counseling, training, or related fields are preferred.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, ethical coaching practices, and a respectful, inclusive setting.
