Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our high-performance engineering team in Pune.

In this role, you will be the architect of our infrastructure, bridging the gap between development and operations to ensure seamless, scalable, and secure software delivery.

You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, security architects, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust cloud-native solutions.

By championing automation and reliability, you will directly influence the speed of our release cycles and the overall stability of our platforms, ensuring an exceptional experience for our global user base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency for our production environments.
- Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to accelerate deployment frequency and reduce manual intervention in the release process.
- Orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker to improve scalability and resource utilization across our microservices architecture.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible to ensure environment consistency and reduce configuration drift.




- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the DevOps lifecycle, safeguarding our data and infrastructure against evolving threats.
- Lead the resolution of critical production incidents, performing root cause analysis to enhance system resilience and minimize downtime for our customers.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale cloud environments (AWS/Azure) with a deep understanding of cloud-native design patterns and networking principles.
- Proven ability to design complex CI/CD workflows and container orchestration strategies that support rapid, reliable software delivery.
- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools, with a track record of automating manual operational tasks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical trade-offs effectively to both engineering peers and non-technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work setting in Pune, maintaining high levels of productivity and communication across distributed teams.
- Candidates should possess 7 - 15 years of relevant experience in DevOps and Cloud engineering roles, backed by a robust academic foundation in Computer Science or a related field.
