Position Summary

Aratt Developers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee and execute residential high rise construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in civil construction, site execution, quality control, contractor management, and project coordination. The role requires ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution

- Supervise and execute civil construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Manage RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and external development works.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors for seamless project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to approved construction methodologies and specifications.

Project Management
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Track project schedules and identify delays with corrective action plans.
- Ensure achievement of project milestones within defined timelines and budgets.
- Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and work progress reports.

Quality Control
- Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality audits.
- Coordinate material testing and maintain quality documentation.
- Resolve technical issues encountered during project execution.

Billing & Quantity Verification
- Verify contractor and subcontractor measurements.
- Review and certify RA bills.




- Monitor material reconciliation and quantity verification.
- Assist in preparing project cost reports and billing documentation.

Material & Resource Management
- Plan and monitor material requirements based on project schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of materials.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and construction resources.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.

Safety & Compliance
- Ensure strict compliance with company safety policies and statutory regulations.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and toolbox talks.
- Maintain safe working practices at the project site.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and quality standards.

Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide technical updates.
- Resolve site execution issues through effective coordination with the Project Manager and stakeholders.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of RCC, finishing, and high-rise building construction.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Experience in contractor and subcontractor management.
- Knowledge of construction sequencing, planning, and project scheduling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts and deliver projects within deadlines.

- ERP/SAP (Preferred)

Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered with relevant experience.

Preferred Experience
- 7 to 10 Years of experience in residential real estate construction.
- Experience in high-rise building projects is preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing projects from excavation through finishing and handover.
