Responsibilities
- Conduct chemical analysis and experiments to develop new products and improve existing ones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and quality assurance.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments and results in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the laboratory and production processes.
- Stay updated with advancements in chemical research and technology.
Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree in Chemistry or related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- 2-6 years of experience in a chemistry laboratory or research environment.
- Robust knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and spectroscopy.
- Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
