Role Description The Senior CAT Mentor – Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning will deliver high-quality classroom sessions focused on CAT and related management entrance exams, with a specialization in Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, involving lesson planning, creating practice questions and tests, and providing detailed solutions and performance feedback to learners. The mentor will clarify concepts, conduct doubt-solving sessions,



and use data-driven insights from learner performance to refine teaching methods and materials.

Responsibilities also include mentoring learners on exam strategy, time management, and analytical thinking, collaborating with academic teams to update content as exam patterns evolve, and participating in workshops, seminars, and academic initiatives to enhance learner outcomes.

Qualifications Robust expertise in Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning, with the ability to break down complex problems into clear, teachable steps.

Demonstrated skills in curriculum planning, question and test design, and analysis of learner performance data to improve teaching effectiveness.

Excellent classroom facilitation, communication, and mentoring abilities, including conducting interactive sessions and addressing diverse learner needs.

Comfort with basic educational technology tools for content preparation, assessment, and learner engagement.

Solid quantitative aptitude and familiarity with CAT and other management entrance exam patterns and requirements.

Previous experience teaching or mentoring for competitive exams such as CAT, MBA entrances, or related tests is strongly preferred.

Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Management, or related field).

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as per academic schedules and batch requirements.
