About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C++ Backend Developer to design, develop, and optimize high-performance, scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern C++, multithreaded programming, distributed systems, and Linux-based development environments.

Experience in financial services and cloud-native technologies will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20).

- Implement scalable and high-performance solutions with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

- Develop and optimize multithreaded applications, ensuring thread safety and performance.

- Build and maintain distributed systems and network-based applications using TCP/IP and socket programming.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.

- Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

- Integrate applications with SQL/NoSQL databases and external services.

- Contribute to CI/CD processes and automated deployment pipelines.





Required Skills

- Solid proficiency in C++ (C++11/14/17/20) and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.

- Deep understanding of STL, Templates, Smart Pointers, Memory Management.

- Hands-on experience with Multithreading, Concurrency, Synchronization Mechanisms, and Performance Optimization.

- Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Complexity Analysis.

- Experience working in Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.

- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, Socket Programming, and Distributed Systems.

- Experience with Git, CMake, Makefiles, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and database integration using C++.

- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Capital Markets domains.

- Exposure to Microservices Architecture and REST APIs.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience building highly available and scalable distributed applications.
