Job Summary The role involves close coordination with Commercial teams, Business Development, New Product Launch, Quality and Product Life Cycle Management to ensure effective customer management. Additionally, the ideal candidate supports key business processes aimed at continuous improvement and revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

- Supporting the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) model by maintaining a close relationship with all Partners and provide support to how performance metrics and service expectations can be met.
- Communicate all BD information necessary and in a timely manner to ensure Current Product launches.
- Engage in all Business development activities to ensure service to current as well as new customers to align with the market dynamics.
- Responsible for supporting the Inventory management process,



including target setting, stock maintenance, projections and disposals.
- Collaborate and participate in New Product Launch and Life Cycle management Projects.
- Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes.
- Demonstrate Behaviors that exhibit our organizational Values: Collaboration, Courage, Perseverance, and Passion.
- All other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirement

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Nutra / Probiotics Industry
- Pharma / Science Graduate or Postgraduate
- Good Communication Skills
- Well versed with Microsoft Suit
