Company: Leading Lubricant Manufacturing Company

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented BDM to drive sales, expand the dealer/distributor network, and strengthen our market presence.

Position: Zone Manager

Industry: Lubricant Manufacturing / Automotive Lubricants

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve zonal sales targets and business growth.
- Appoint, manage, and support distributors and dealers.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Lead and motivate the regional sales team.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction.
- Submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements:





- 5–10 years of experience in lubricant, automotive, FMCG, or industrial product sales.
- Proven experience in handling distributors and dealer networks.
- Robust leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Location: As per the assigned zone Salary: Attractive package + Performance Incentives

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
