Supreme Technologies is looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IT services sales, Upwork bidding, LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Guru, PeoplePerHour (PPH), Fiverr, and other online platforms.
- Write winning Upwork proposals and implement effective bidding strategies to secure projects.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect with, and nurture potential clients.
- Plan and execute cold email outreach and email marketing campaigns.
- Conduct cold calling to introduce company services and schedule client meetings.
- Qualify leads and manage the complete sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare project proposals and client presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals while maintaining profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of proven experience in Business Development or IT Sales.

- Experience selling services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI, Cloud, or Digital Marketing is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience handling US, UK, Canada, Australia, and European clients.
- Knowledge of SaaS or emerging technology solutions.
- Experience working with remote international clients.
- Ability to prepare customized business proposals and presentations.
