About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Enterprise Sales Manager to join our global sales team. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Own full sales cycle business development, client engagement, proposals, negotiations, and closures
- Create and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational growth targets
- Drive new logos acquisition and account expansion in strategic geographies (US/NA/EMEA)




- Build C-level relationships and position RBT as a strategic transformation partner
- Mentor and guide junior BDEs to achieve team revenue goals
- Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams for GTM success
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine offerings and positioning

Required Skills & Competencies

- 10+ years in IT services sales with a track record of consistent quarterly revenue achievements
- Solid exposure to selling Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, Data & AI, and Digital Experience Platforms
- Ability to drive complex enterprise pursuits with multi-stakeholder involvement
- Excellent storytelling, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated account mining and strategic relationship development experience

Education

- MBA or Bachelors degree in Business/Technology preferred
