About the Role,

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's sales growth.

Key Responsibilities,

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
3. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
5. Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Required Experience

10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role

Strong communication,



negotiation, and presentation skills.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely project delivery.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
