We are an OTA Pre-Approved Application Service Provider (ASP) and an Accredited PEPPOL Access Point (AP) delivering FAWTARA-compliant e-Invoicing solutions for VAT-registered businesses across the Sultanate of Oman.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our growing product team in Kochi.

Experience Required

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software product development.
- Hands-on experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flow Diagrams .
- Convert business requirements into clear functional specifications for the development team.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Requirement Clarification, Release Planning, and Scrum ceremonies.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), product demonstrations, and client workshops.
- Serve as the functional expert for the company's e-Invoicing platform.
- Identify product enhancements and recommend process improvements and best practices.

- ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Tally, or similar)
- PEPPOL Framework & Access Point Operations
- Oman FAWTARA or other Global e-Invoicing Implementations

Employment Details
- Full-time Position

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 24 Working Days per Month
- Public Holidays as per Company Policy

Travel Requirement Selected candidates may be required to travel to Muscat, Oman for approximately one month for product training and project onboarding.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates from Kerala or South India are preferred.
- Male candidates are preferred for this role due to project travel requirements.
