Role Description The Senior Business Development Associate will lead initiatives to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for the agency. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad and involves managing the entire business development cycle from prospecting to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating qualified leads, conducting market research to identify emerging opportunities, preparing and delivering persuasive presentations, and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.

The role also includes collaborating with the creative and strategy teams to shape proposals, responding to inquiries, updating sales reports and CRM tools, and representing the agency at meetings, events, and industry gatherings.





The Senior Business Development

Associate will be expected to meet growth targets, provide regular performance updates, and contribute to the development of business development best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong presentation and presentations skills, including the ability to create and deliver compelling pitches to diverse stakeholders.

- Candidates should possess lead generation expertise and market research skills to identify prospects, understand industry trends, and assess competitive landscapes.

- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to build relationships, negotiate, and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.

- Experience in business development, sales, or account management within branding, advertising, or marketing services is highly beneficial.

- Proven ability to manage pipelines, prioritize opportunities, and meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and basic sales reporting.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborating with creative and strategy teams on client solutions.
