Role Description The Senior Billing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end billing processes, including generation, verification, and timely issuance of invoices for clients and stakeholders. The role involves coordinating with internal departments and external partners to ensure accurate client billing, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining detailed records of all transactions.

The Senior Billing

Specialist will also support accounting activities related to billing, assist in month-end closing,



and prepare regular reports on billing performance and outstanding receivables. This role requires adherence to organizational policies, compliance standards, and continuous improvement of billing procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Billing Process and Client Billing, with experience handling high volumes of transactions.
- Proficiency in Invoicing and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance.
- Solid foundation in Accounting principles and practices relevant to billing and reconciliation.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a senior billing or accounts receivable role, preferably in an agricultural, commodity, or public sector environment.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work with ERP or billing software.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage deadlines, and maintain high standards of integrity and confidentiality.
