Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Azure DevOps Engineer to join our high-performing infrastructure team in Pune. In this role, you will serve as the technical backbone for our cloud operations, designing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines and scalable Azure environments that power our mission-critical applications.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional software development teams, security architects, and business stakeholders to bridge the gap between development and operations. Your work will directly influence our platform's reliability, security, and deployment velocity, ensuring that our customers experience seamless, high-availability services while driving operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery cycles and improve deployment consistency for our engineering teams.
- Lead the migration and optimization of Azure infrastructure, ensuring high availability, cost-efficiency, and security compliance for enterprise-grade applications.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible to reduce manual intervention and eliminate configuration drift.
- Orchestrate containerized workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) to ensure scalable, resilient, and performant application hosting for our global user base.




- Develop and maintain complex PowerShell scripts to automate routine administrative tasks, monitoring, and reporting, thereby increasing overall team productivity.
- Partner with security and compliance teams to implement DevSecOps best practices, ensuring that all infrastructure deployments meet rigorous industry standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing complex Azure cloud environments, with a deep understanding of cloud-native architecture and networking.
- Proven ability to build and maintain sophisticated CI/CD pipelines, coupled with a strong command of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and configuration management via Ansible.
- Advanced proficiency in Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), including cluster management, scaling strategies, and troubleshooting containerized environments.
- Strong scripting capabilities in PowerShell to automate infrastructure tasks and streamline operational workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and mentor junior engineers within the team.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing independent problem-solving with team-oriented team efforts.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by 8 to 15 years of hands-on experience in DevOps and cloud engineering.
