This position is based at our office in Magarpatta City Pune We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Test Automation Engineer with over 6 years of relevant experience to contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of our existing test automation framework The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust automated test scripts ensuring software quality and collaborating with cross-functional teams Experience with device testing and performance testing is a strong plus Framework Enhancement Maintenance Continuously improve and support the existing test automation framework to align with evolving project requirements Automation Development Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium JUnit and TestNG Work closely with functional testers developers and product managers to understand system requirements and translate manual test cases into automated scripts Troubleshooting Diagnostics Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues within the automation codebase CI CD Integration Integrate automated tests into CI CD pipelines using tools like Bamboo and GitActions and monitor execution results Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation of test results and automation processes to support debugging and future enhancements Review and analyze requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and constructive feedback Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science Electronics Engineering from an accredited institution required Proven 6 total software industry experience with focus towards iot based applications Strong SW Testing expertise and proven track record of Test Automation Programming Language Java Automation Tools Selenium Web Automation Appium Mobile Automation for Android iOS Simulators Build Tool Apache Maven Framework BDD Behavior-Driven Development CI CD Tools Bamboo GitActions Test Management Zephyr JIRA Familiarity with various devices and communication protocols Exposure to Azure Cloud services Problem Solving - Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions Probes all fruitful sources for answers Can see hidden problems Is excellent at honest analyses Look beyond the obvious and doesn t stop at the first answers Creativity - Comes up with a lot of new and unique ideas easily makes connections among previously unrelated notions tends to be seen as original and value-added in brainstorming settings Technical Learning - Picks up on technical things quickly can learn new skills and knowledge Is good at learning new industry company product or technical knowledge-like Internet technology Does well in technical courses and seminars Drive for results - can be counted on to exceed goals successfully Motivating others - creates a climate in which people want to do their best empowers others is someone people like working for and with Decision quality - makes good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis wisdom experience and judgment Peer relationships - can quickly find common ground and solve problems for the valuable of all can represent his her own interests and yet be fair to other groups Interpersonal savvy - relates well to all kinds of people builds appropriate rapport Action oriented - enjoys working hard is action oriented and full of energy for the things he she sees as challenging
