About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Automation Architect to lead our enterprise test automation strategy across UI, API, Data, and Cloud platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll design scalable automation frameworks, drive CI/CD quality initiatives, lead data validation efforts, and mentor engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver (Java), Playwright, and REST Assured.
- Build automated UI, API, and data validation test suites.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Lead AWS Data Lake and ETL testing across S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, and related services.
- Drive SQL/NoSQL database validation, ETL testing, and data warehouse quality assurance.
- Support performance testing using JMeter, Gatling, or k6.
- Define automation standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor QA Engineers and SDETs.
- Evaluate and implement modern AI-assisted testing approaches.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 16+ years of experience in QA and Test Automation.
- 5+ years in an Automation Architect or Technical Leadership role.
- Strong experience designing enterprise automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
