Your New Role

- To provide application support for Front Office applications.
- To maintain Fo applications in line with the Critical Hygiene Framework to ensure stability, resilience and security.
- Provide the business and business partners with a cost effective and efficient best practice operational service.

- Experience providing technology client service
- Proven ability to use relevant data analytics approaches and tools to problem solve and troubleshoot.
- Knowledge and experience with Build languages

What You Will Bring
- 3+ years Technology experience
- 3+ years in application development/support roles




- Software delivery technical skills (Dev Ops)
- System admin skills for Windows Server and Linux

- Platform automation tools (DB management, AWS, Jenkins, GitHub)
- Experience with AWS Cloud Management e.g. EC2s, RDS, S3, DNS, certificates, load balancers.
- Experience with PowerShell & SQL Server

- Workflow tools such as JIRA, Rally
- Test, deploy, maintain and improve software
- Integrate software components into fully functional platform
- Apply pro-actively & perform hands-on design and implementation of best practice

- Develop/contribute to software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
- Document and maintain software functionality
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems

- Deploy programs and evaluate customer feedback
- Comply with project plans, industry standards and regulatory requirements
