Responsibilities Responsibilities The Senior Associate Product Manager is responsible for supporting Product Managers as part of a product management team however they are not the accountable Product Manager for a product They develop knowledge experience and skills by working side-by-side experienced product managers They lead the discovery sessions maintaining product health and operations metrics and aiding in insights gathering They support a highly complex product or family of products gaining exposure and building relationships with key product disciplines While building the skills required to operate as an independent product manager they contribute to an efficient and effective product practice They demonstrate curiosity open-mindedness and motivation to gain exposure and experience in all phases of the product lifecycle Qualifications 6 to 10 years of total experience 2 years of business technology or product management experience or equivalent demonstrated through the following work experience military experience or education 2 year working in a highly collaborative fast-paced environment with product or engineering teams and stakeholders Basic experience in a product environment and exposure to the Product Manager role Basic experience with strategic thinking and decision making in a professional context Basic experience with managing multiple workloads and or competing priorities in a professional context Basic experience with stakeholder and relationship management in a professional context Demonstrated experience leading influencing and negotiating in a professional team setting
