- Drive the onboarding of a current reconciliation utility for Securities Finance within the Markets Investigations team. They will be expected to co-ordinate and track the creation of training plans and any necessary procedures.
- Support the Business in carrying out reconciliation and investigations functions in relation to Securities Finance.
- Investigate simple and complex exceptions, performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying causes. Liaise with Business and/or Processing teams to communicate and implement process improvements.
- Analyse trends and present findings with recommendations to direct process improvements.
- Ensure proper review of aging items and adherence to aging standards for exceptions.
- Serve as an initial escalation point of contact for queries directed to the team. Escalate to more senior management as appropriate.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

- Experience in managing teams/individuals.
- 3+ years of work experience in Securities Finance and Foreign Exchange preferred.
