Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives focused on Supply Chain Management (SCM), Procurement, and ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing end-to-end implementation projects, preferably involving GEP solutions and enterprise ERP platforms. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, project planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination skills to ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for SCM, Procurement, and ERP solutions.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional project plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams, implementation partners, vendors, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Drive implementation of procurement transformation initiatives using GEP solutions (Smart, Nexxe, etc.) or similar procurement platforms.
- Manage ERP implementation and integration activities with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other enterprise applications.
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor milestones, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee updates, and executive status reporting.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and best practices.
- Support change management, user adoption, training, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Track project KPIs and prepare regular progress reports for leadership.
- Mentor project team members and promote collaboration across functional and technical teams.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering,



Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 812 years of overall professional experience with at least 5 years in Project Management.
- Proven experience delivering SCM, Procurement, or ERP implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience managing GEP implementation projects is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Procurement processes including:
- Source-to-Contract (S2C)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Supplier Management
- Contract Management
- Spend Analysis
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar enterprise systems.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet.

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Experience in procurement digital transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, and middleware.
- Experience managing global or multi-region implementation projects.
- Exposure to cloud-based enterprise applications and SaaS implementations.
