Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for process improvement in production Responsible for day to day organizing, planning, maintaining production lines, material and man power planning
- Coordinate with all support functions for achieveing the day to day production targets.
- Working with other departments such as maintenance, purchase, quality, ppc to ensure all products and systems requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to finished result.
- Working with other professionals such as accountants and human resources personnel, to manage budget aspects and recruitment & skill up-gradation of operators/engineers.
- Liaising with the research and development department to ensure manufacturability of products.at optimum productivity, quality & safety norms for current/existing products.
- Sharing of kaizen, 5s,



TPM initiatives to superiors and subordinates Focus on productivity, quality , safety etc.
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met and Work on reduction of first aid accidents

- Improve manpower productivity Increase
- OEE Reduce defect/PPM Zero minor/major/first aid accident
- Encourage employees to give more kaizen (4 kaizen per operator)
- Improve product delivery
- To reduce number of near-miss first aid accident

Preferred candidate profile

- Knowledge of SAP/ any other ERP System, well versed with ISO system, Project management Skill
- Good knowledge of cost saving techniques, well versed with latest problem solving, and trouble shooting techniques
- Product knowledge
- Knowledge about machines and equipment.
