Job Opening: Senior Architectural Draftsman (8-10 Years Experience) Location: Mumbai We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Architectural Draftsman with 8-10 years of professional experience to join our architectural team. The candidate should be capable of independently handling complete drawing packages and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation of detailed architectural working drawings, GFC drawings, and execution drawings.
- Coordination drawings with structural, MEP, façade, and other consultants.
- Preparation of presentation drawings and submission drawings as per local authority norms.
- Assisting and guiding junior architectural draftsmen in drawing preparation and detailing.
- Reviewing drawings prepared by junior team members to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
- Site coordination and resolving drawing-related queries.
- Ensuring timely delivery of drawings as per project schedule.




- Solid knowledge of construction detailing and materials.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8-10 years of experience in residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit (preferred).
- Good understanding of building bye-laws and construction practices.
- Strong technical detailing skills and leadership ability.

Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Draftsmanship or related field.
