??? ?????? ?????? hiring a Sr. Architect for our firm, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from commercial buildings to residential homes, and everything in between. You'll collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to bring your vision to life and create spaces that are both functional and beautiful.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Developing design concepts and creating detailed drawings and specifications
- Conducting site visits and overseeing construction to ensure compliance with design plans.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their objectives
- Managing project budgets and timelines to ensure timely and successful completion
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve our designs and processes

Key Specialization Required

- Strong design concept understanding
- Excellent skills in architectural visualization




- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly through drawings and renders

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray (additional software knowledge is a plus)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- A compelling portfolio showcasing design thinking, visualization, and detailing
