Technical Specialist-App Development Long Description Hands on enterprise level J2EE based web application development and support Strong understanding of CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) concepts and architecture. Hands-on experience or familiarity with: IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems and Avaya PBX / Avaya Experience Platform environment Exposure to CTI integrations such as: Cisco CTI Server,Noble Dialer systems and Verint / NICE recording solutions Understanding of IVR ecosystems including call routing, dialer systems, and voice workflows. Hands on experience in React JS, Spring / Spring Boot / Cloud technologies Experience on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environment Experience in troubleshooting and debugging skills.
