Location: Hyderabad Hybrid** Job Summary We are seeking a skilled API Management / Technical Support Engineer to support enterprise customers by troubleshooting complex, data-driven applications and backend systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in APIs, networking, databases, Linux environments, and enterprise application support. This role involves handling technical escalations, investigating issues across multiple technology layers, and ensuring smooth customer onboarding and post-launch support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle technical escalations related to APIs, integrations, and enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot issues across databases, APIs, backend services, networking, and operating systems.
- Analyze REST/SOAP API requests and responses using tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
- Investigate application logs, system errors, and performance issues in Linux environments.
- Support customers during pre-launch, go-live, and post-production phases.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Monitor system health, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist customers with API integrations,



data validation, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps, knowledge articles, and incident resolutions.
- Ensure SLA adherence and provide high-quality customer support.

Required Skills APIs & Integration

- REST APIs, JSON, XML, SOAP
- API testing and debugging using Postman and SoapUI

Technical Skills

- Linux administration and troubleshooting
- Basic Java knowledge
- Networking concepts and protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS)
- Virtual Machines (VMs) and system-level troubleshooting
- Database querying and data analysis

Preferred Skills

- Experience with API Management platforms
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
- Understanding of enterprise application architecture

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3 6 years of experience in API support, application support, technical operations, or backend troubleshooting.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer management abilities
