Job Summary
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Ownership of the end-to-end processes for Travel supplier rebate tracking and payment collection
- Track compliance metrics and leakage
- Identify savings opportunities, track out-of-policy exceptions, and provide actionable reports to management
- Be a point of contact for all travel & events billing related queries - Accounting team, Tax team, AP team and Vendor management team.
- Support card team on queries related to CTA/BTA travel & events transactions
- Support Supplier onboarding and PO creation for travel processes
- Reconciliation of CTA/BTA statements, refunds and cancelled/unutilized tickets.
- Dispute resolution and follow ups
- All other duties as assigned
