Core Responsibilities

- Partner with domain leaders to understand the requirements
- Research and document the requirements in collaboration with IT Finance
- Develop wireframes and seek feedback from end users
- Propose and present solution / analysis / recommendations to end users
- Create solutions addressing the specific challenge using various tools
- Create and maintain documentation of processes
- Act as a consultant to end users for recommendation on tools and technical feasibiliity

Minimum Qualification / Skillset

- 5+ years of experience in the domain of Reporting & Analytics / Power BI Development
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Engineering or Business Intelligence
- Post Graduate in Finance/ Business Analytics will be an added advantage




- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across locations.
- Understanding of relational databases - Teradata, IBM DB2, Hadoop, Google Cloud Platform
- Expertise in SQL - DDL & DML - Joins, Partition, Update, Stored Procedures, Query tuning, etc
- Advance MS Excel experience
- Exposure to ETL tools like Alteryx and Knime
- Experience with Business Intelligence and Reporting tools, preferably in Power BI, Dart, Microstrategy
- Ability to create charts/visualization that aptly represents the trends and analysis
- Analytical mindset to understand and solve complex business problem
