Develop and execute the AI vision, strategy, roadmap, and target operating model aligned with business objectives.

Lead AI transformation initiatives from ideation and pilots to enterprise-scale deployment.

Identify, prioritize, and govern AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, risk, and ROI.

Drive operating model transformation through AI-enabled processes, workflows, and organizational redesign.

Establish governance frameworks covering Responsible AI, security, compliance, risk management, and regulatory adherence.

Manage stakeholders across executives, business leaders, product teams, technology teams, and external partners.

Lead change management, workforce enablement, training programs, and AI adoption initiatives.

Define and track value realization metrics,
