We are hiring a Senior AI Instructor to lead our AI learning track and support selected IT career-foundation topics.

The primary focus of this position is Artificial Intelligence. The instructor should also possess a strong understanding of software development, databases, cloud, DevOps, APIs and security fundamentals so that AI concepts can be taught within a complete real-world technology context.

The instructor may also support foundational topics such as:

- Python and programming fundamentals
- Git, GitHub and software development workflows
- APIs, backend systems and databases
- Cloud and DevOps fundamentals
- Networking and cybersecurity awareness
- Problem-solving and technical interview preparation
- Responsible and secure use of AI

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging live online classes, technical workshops and project sessions
- Explain complex AI concepts in a practical and beginner-friendly manner
- Guide learners from foundational concepts to production-oriented AI systems
- Conduct hands-on sessions using Python, LLM APIs, RAG, vector databases, AI agents and evaluation tools
- Help learners build portfolio-ready projects based on real-world use cases
- Review projects and provide transparent, actionable technical feedback
- Create and improve lesson plans, demonstrations, assignments, assessments and project briefs




- Mentor learners on technical problem-solving, project execution and career readiness
- Keep course content current with developments in generative AI, LLMOps, agentic systems, AI security and responsible AI
- Collaborate with the NoobSync team to maintain consistent teaching and project-quality standards

Required Qualifications

- At least 4 years of relevant industry experience in AI, machine learning, data science or software engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern AI application development
- Practical experience using LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude or comparable platforms
- Experience building RAG applications, working with embeddings and using vector databases
- Understanding of AI agents, tool calling, structured outputs, memory and orchestration patterns
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, model evaluation, monitoring, reliability, cost and latency optimization
- Good understanding of REST APIs, databases, Git, cloud platforms and software architecture
- Awareness of AI security, privacy, responsible AI and governance principles
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to teach both beginners and experienced professionals
- Ability to translate industry experience into practical learning activities and projects

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as an instructor,



corporate trainer, teaching assistant, technical mentor or workshop facilitator
- Experience deploying AI applications using AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, observability and production AI systems
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel or similar tools
- Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, MLOps and LLMOps
- Published technical content, open-source contributions, research, certifications or a strong project portfolio
- Experience mentoring learners for technical interviews and technology careers
