Job Title: Senior AI Full Stack Developer

Reports to: Team Lead / Manager, IT Development

Engagement: 6-month contract

Experience: 5–7+ years

Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

Budget/CTC: Up to ₹2.5 LPM (contract rate)

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled features: data grounding/retrieval design, agent design, application integration, deployment, production monitoring, optimization, ongoing support

Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade full-stack applications using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, AWS, Aurora PostgreSQL

Build GenAI/Agentic AI features — prompting, RAG, embeddings, vector search, agents, tool usage — using Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, integrated into enterprise apps (not standalone prototypes/notebooks)

Design and implement event-driven architectures using EventBridge, SQS, SNS, Step Functions

Build scalable data pipelines supporting AI workloads and intelligent application features

Own AI operational practices: evaluation, prompt lifecycle management, observability, monitoring, governance, cost optimization

Design AI guardrails, governance controls, evaluation frameworks; secure AI apps against prompt injection, sensitive info disclosure,



data leakage

Analyze business requirements, design software solutions, perform code reviews, support application delivery

Apply software security practices: authN/authZ, encryption in transit/at rest, audit logging, secrets management, dependency management

Mandatory Skills

5+ yrs building production applications, including hands-on delivery of AI/LLM-backed features on AWS

Proven enterprise-grade full-stack delivery: TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, AWS, Aurora PostgreSQL

Proven delivery of AI-enabled product features integrated into production business applications

Robust understanding of Generative AI/Agentic AI: RAG, embeddings, vector search, agents, tool usage, AI evaluation methodologies

Experience shipping AI solutions on Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda (production, not notebooks)

Production Python for AI workloads/backend/automation + TypeScript/Node.js for enterprise apps

Event-driven architecture on AWS (EventBridge, SQS, SNS, Step Functions)

Docker/containerization, deployment within AWS

Software engineering fundamentals: version control, testing, code reviews, IaC, CI/CD, Agile

Good to Have

AWS AI/ML certifications

Prior experience in enterprise integration patterns beyond event-driven basics

Exposure to multi-tenant AI system design and cost isolation
