We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Senior AI Automation Engineer to architect, scale, and lead the development of our next-generation AI-powered automation infrastructure. In this role, you will design complex multi-agent systems, advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and robust backend architectures to power autonomous enterprise workflows. Experience: 3+ years of software engineering experience, with a robust, focused track record in backend engineering, AI integration, and workflow automation.

You will serve as the technical lead for our automation stack, turning high-level business challenges into scalable, production-grade systems. We value deep engineering rigor, architectural foresight, and a proven track record of deploying autonomous agents to production.

Responsibilities

- Architect AI Agents & Workflows: Design, build, and scale autonomous multi-agent systems and complex workflows utilizing frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
- Scale Backend & API Infrastructure: Build and maintain high-performance backend services, asynchronous workers, and robust REST/GraphQL APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Advanced RAG & LLM Integration: Architect enterprise-grade RAG systems, embedding pipelines, and semantic search layers, seamlessly integrating frontier LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
- Robust Automation & Scraping: Oversee complex browser automation and web-scraping pipelines using Playwright alongside workflow tools like n8n.
- Deployment & DevOps: Manage end-to-end cloud deployments, containerization, and infrastructure scaling across environments using Docker, Railway, Vercel, and PostgreSQL.
- Technical Leadership:



Mentor junior engineers, establish coding standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and drive architectural decisions from conception to production.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years specifically focused on backend engineering, AI integration, and workflow automation.
- Core Tech Stack: Expert-level proficiency in Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Git/GitHub, and deployment platforms (Railway, Vercel).
- AI & Agent Frameworks: Deep hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph), vector databases, and agent architectures (MCP, tool-calling).
- Automation & Scraping: Proven expertise in browser automation tools (Playwright) and workflow orchestration platforms (n8n).
- Infrastructure: Strong command of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native application deployment.
- Builder Mentality: A portfolio of production-grade systems, open-source contributions, or complex AI projects that demonstrate a history of solving real-world business bottlenecks.
