? Ensure familiariza?on of the company’s products, policies and sales processes to the agents
? Iden?fy, communicate and agree on the premium targets with agents on various class of business &
geographical segment
? Ensure lower dormancy ra?o of ac?ve vs total agents.
? Maximize mobiliza?on through regular follow-ups & strengthening of rela?onships with agents
? Ensure constant upda?ng of agent’s knowledge on current products and underwri?ng policies
? Troubleshoo?ng with a) Underwri?ng team for policy approval b) Branch opera?ons team for policy issuance c) claims team for claims se?lement d) Finance team for ?mely disbursement of agent’s commission
