We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Senior Admissions Counselor who can guide prospective students, understand their career aspirations, and help them choose the right academic and professional learning path.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding MBA, DBA, PhD, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, and other certification programs.

Understand candidates educational background, career goals, and recommend the most suitable program.

Present program features, university affiliations, curriculum, career outcomes, fee structures, financing options, and admission processes.

Convert qualified leads into enrollments through effective counseling and relationship management.

Conduct telephonic and virtual counseling sessions.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups using CRM tools.

Handle objections confidently and guide learners through the admission process until enrollment.

Coordinate with the admissions, operations, and university teams to ensure a seamless student onboarding experience.





Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, higher education opportunities, and the competitive EdTech landscape.

Required Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales, academic counseling, or higher education admissions.

Proven experience selling MBA, DBA, PhD, or professional certification programs will be highly preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong consultative selling and objection-handling abilities.

Experience using CRM platforms and lead management tools.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to perform in a quick-paced sales environment.

Good knowledge of higher education programs and career-oriented certification courses.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience in selling or counseling for the following programs will be given preference:

MBA & Executive MBA

DBA (Doctor of Business Administration)
