Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for complete Admin Operation of the company.

- To efficiently manage all administrative functions including facility management, office administration, housekeeping, transport, security, and utility services.

- To review, modify & develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and administrative procedures.

- To handle vendor management, AMC contracts, and service provider coordination.

- Responsible for team efficiency & caters to their training & development needs.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in Administration, with 7+ years in any manufacturing industry.

- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of 50+ employees.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent individual decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to handle challenging situations, resolve conflicts, and work under pressure.

- Positive knowledge of facility management, security,



housekeeping, vendor management, and statutory compliance.

- Prior experience in any Manufacturing will be preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is an added advantage.

- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented with a high level of integrity.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
