Role Description The Senior Accountant role is a full-time, in office position based in Ludhiana. This role involves managing end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

The Senior

Accountant will oversee compliance with IFRS and GAAP, support tax filings and regulatory reporting, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on audits and financial reviews. Daily responsibilities include reviewing bookkeeping entries, monitoring cash flows, analyzing variances,



and ensuring accurate reporting across multiple platforms and client accounts. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, improving accounting processes, and contributing to financial planning and forecasting for client engagements.

This is a leadership role! Qualifications

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, including IFRS and GAAP, with experience in financial reporting and audit support.

Proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and related ERP or financial tools.

Experience with tax compliance and regulatory reporting, preferably including exposure to international tax environments.

Advanced skills in financial analysis, budgeting, variance analysis, and cash flow management.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong skills in reconciliations and documentation.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities, including stakeholder management and team mentoring.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client accounts and deadlines.

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.

Experience in financial consulting or multi-client service environments is beneficial.
